DESCRIPTION

· The A3916 is a motor driver designed for PWM control of low-voltage stepper motors and single/dual DC motors.

· It supports output currents up to 1 A per channel and operates at voltages from 2.7 to 15 V.

· The device includes an internal fixed off-time PWM timer and provides an output fault flag for TSD or overcurrent events.

· Available in 3×3 mm 16-terminal and 4×4 mm 20-terminal QFN packages with exposed power tabs for thermal management.

FEATURES

· Dual DMOS full-bridges for driving two DC motors or one stepper motor.
