DESCRIPTION



· The AD8131 is a high-speed differential driver designed for both differential and single-ended input to differential output applications, requiring no external components for a fixed gain of 2.

· It features an internal common-mode feedback mechanism that enhances gain and phase balance, achieving -60 dB at 10 MHz, which helps in reducing radiated EMI and harmonic suppression.

· Manufactured using Analog Devices' XFCB bipolar process, it offers a -3 dB bandwidth of 400 MHz and delivers signals with very low harmonic distortion.

· Suitable for driving signals over long distances, it can replace transformers in various applications, providing better reliability and performance without susceptibility to magnetic interference.

· High-speed performance with a 400 MHz -3 dB full power bandwidth and a slew rate of 2000 V/μs.

· Fixed gain of 2 without the need for external components.

· Internal common-mode feedback improves gain and phase balance, achieving -60 dB at 10 MHz.

· Adjustable common-mode output voltage via a separate input.

· Low distortion with 68 dB SFDR at 5 MHz into a 200 Ω load.

· Operates with a power supply range from +2.7 V to ±5 V.
