DESCRIPTION

· The ADG901/ADG902 are wideband switches using CMOS process for high isolation and low insertion loss up to 1 GHz.

· ADG901 is an absorptive switch with 50 Ω terminated shunt legs; ADG902 is a reflective switch.

· Both switches can pass DC signals up to 0.5 V without a DC blocking capacitor.

· Integrated CMOS control logic eliminates the need for external circuitry.

· Control inputs are compatible with CMOS and LVTTL.

· Low power consumption makes them suitable for wireless and high-frequency switching applications.
