DESCRIPTION

· The ADT005 is an ultralow power, digital-output magnetic rotation sensor utilizing Tunneling Magnetoresistance (TMR) technology.

· It features two digital, binary outputs that are 90 degrees out of phase to provide directional information.

· Designed for battery operation, it excludes high-field detection circuitry for minimized power consumption.

· Packaged in a 2.5 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.8 mm DFN6 surface-mount package.

· Operates at an extremely low power of 1.4 μA typical at 2.4 V.
