· The AMT49107 is an N-channel power MOSFET driver designed for automotive applications, specifically for controlling MOSFETs in a 3-phase bridge configuration to drive high-power inductive loads like BLDC motors.

· It features a unique charge pump regulator that ensures operation down to 4.5 V, with programmable gate drive strength to mitigate EMC issues.

· The device includes a bootstrap capacitor and VCP charge pump for high-side gate drive switching at any PWM duty cycle, including 100%.

· It offers full control over six power MOSFETs in a 3-phase bridge, supporting both block commutation and sinusoidal excitation for motor control.

· Integrated diagnostics and safety features, including crossover control, programmable dead time, and fault protection, enhance system reliability and safety.

· The AMT49107 is packaged in a 48-pin wettable flank QFN with an exposed thermal pad, compliant with AEC-Q100 and designed for safety-critical automotive systems.
