DESCRIPTION
· The AS5163 is a contactless magnetic angle position sensor for accurate 360º angular measurement.
· It integrates Hall elements, analog front-end, digital signal processing, and automotive protection features.
· Requires a simple two-pole magnet rotating over the chip center for angle measurement.
· Provides absolute angle measurement with a resolution of 0.022º (16384 positions per revolution).
· Outputs angular data via 12-bit PWM or 12-bit ratiometric analog signals.
· Operates at 5V supply voltage with overvoltage and reverse polarity protection.
