· The HMC220AMS8 / HMC220AMS8E is an ultra-miniature double-balanced mixer in an 8-lead plastic MSOP package.

· It is constructed using GaAs Schottky diodes and planar transformer baluns.

· Suitable for upconversion, downconversion, bi-phase modulation/demodulation, and phase comparison.
