HMC565LC5 Product Overview

Product Description

The HMC565LC5 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC Low Noise Amplifier designed for high dynamic range applications. It operates over a frequency range of 6 to 20 GHz and is housed in a leadless RoHS compliant 5x5mm SMT package. This self-biased LNA features 21 dB of small signal gain, a noise figure of 2.5 dB, and an IP3 of +20 dBm across the operating band. It is ideal for microwave radios due to its single +3V supply operation and DC blocked RF I/Os.
