· The HMC814LC3B is a x2 active broadband frequency multiplier using GaAs pHEMT technology in a RoHS compliant SMT package.

· It provides +17 dBm typical output power from 13 to 24.6 GHz when driven by a +4 dBm signal.

· The device features >20 dBc isolation for Fo, 3Fo, and 4Fo at 19 GHz.

· It is designed for LO multiplier chains in Pt-to-Pt & VSAT Radios, reducing parts count compared to traditional methods.

· The package eliminates the need for wire bonding, supporting surface mount manufacturing techniques.
