Description

The LD1117S33CTR is a low drop voltage regulator capable of providing up to 800 mA of output current. It is available in adjustable and fixed versions, with the fixed versions offering output voltages including 1.2 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.85 V, 3.3 V, and 5.0 V. The device is supplied in various packages including SOT-223, DPAK, SO-8, and TO-220. High efficiency is ensured by an NPN pass transistor, and on-chip trimming allows the regulator to achieve a very tight output voltage tolerance.
