DESCRIPTION

· The MAX20310 is a compact PMIC designed for space-constrained, battery-powered applications.
· It integrates two SIMO buck-boost outputs, two LDOs, and system power management features.
· Operates with battery voltages as low as 0.7V, suitable for Zinc Air, Silver Oxide, or Alkaline batteries.
· Available in a 16-bump 0.4mm pitch 1.63mm x 1.63mm WLP, operating from -40°C to +85°C.

FEATURES

· SIMO Ultra-Low IQ Buck-Boost Regulator with battery input voltage from 0.7V to 2.0V.
· Programmable output voltage from 0.9V to 4.05V with up to 84% efficiency.
· Dual Ultra-Low IQ 50mA LDOs, configurable as load switches.
· Includes a programmable power controller, voltage monitor multiplexer, and I2C control interface.
