DESCRIPTION

· The MIC5191 is an ultra high-speed linear regulator utilizing an external N-Channel FET as its power device.
· It is designed to meet the fast load demands of microprocessor cores, ASICs, and other high-speed devices.
· Achieves signal bandwidths greater than 500 kHz with minimal capacitance, maintaining a clean output voltage.
· Optimized for output voltages of 1.0V and higher, with a 1.0V reference.
· Available in 10-pin 3mm×3mm MLF® and 10-pin MSOP-10 packages, operating from -40°C to +125°C.
