DESCRIPTION

· The S-816 Series is a CMOS-based external transistor type positive voltage regulator with overcurrent protection and ON/OFF circuit.

· It supports a low drop-out configuration with output current ranging from hundreds of mA to 1 A using a PNP transistor.

· Enhanced transient response characteristics make it suitable for applications with significant input or load variations.

· Ideal for portable devices due to its compact SOT-23-5 package and low current consumption.

· Can handle input voltages up to 16 V, making it compatible with AC adapters.
