DESCRIPTION

· The SN74LVC1G123 is a single retriggerable monostable multivibrator operating from 1.65V to 5.5V VCC. It controls output pulse duration through three methods involving inputs A, B, and CLR. External resistance and capacitance values program the output pulse duration. The device features Schmitt triggers on A and B inputs for handling slow input transitions with jitter-free triggering.

· Available in Texas Instruments NanoFree™ Package. Supports 5V VCC operation with inputs accepting up to 5.5V. Maximum propagation delay of 8ns at 3.3V. Supports mixed-mode voltage operation and down translation to VCC. Features Schmitt-trigger circuitry for slow input transitions. Retriggerable for long output pulses up to 100% duty cycle. Includes overriding clear to terminate output pulse and glitch-free power-up reset. Supports live insertion, partial-power-down mode, and back-drive protection. Exceeds 100 mA latch-up performance and provides robust ESD protection.
