· Meets or exceeds EIA standard 535BAAC.
· Classified as MSL 1 under J STD 020 with unlimited floor life at ≤ 30°C/85% RH.
· Standard terminations are 100% matte tin; Sn/Pb and gold-plated terminations available upon request.
· Packaged in Tape & Reel per EIA 481 for compatibility with tape-fed placement units.
