DESCRIPTION

· The TPS563201 and TPS563208 are 3A synchronous step-down converters in SOT-23 package.

· Designed for minimal external components and low standby current.

· Utilizes D-CAP2 control for fast transient response and supports low ESR capacitors.

· TPS563201 operates in pulse skip mode for high efficiency at light loads.

· Available in a 6-pin 1.6mm × 2.9mm SOT package, operating from -40°C to 125°C.

FEATURES

· Integrated 95mΩ and 57mΩ FETs for TPS563201 and TPS563208 respectively.

· Input voltage range: 4.5V to 17V; Output voltage range: 0.76V to 7V.

· 580kHz switching frequency with less than 20µA shutdown current.

· 2% feedback voltage accuracy at 25°C.

· Includes overcurrent, UVP, and TSD protections with a fixed 1.0ms soft start.
