DESCRIPTION

· The AP62300/AP62301/AP62300T is a 3A synchronous buck converter with a 4.2V to 18V input range.

· It integrates 75mΩ high-side and 45mΩ low-side MOSFETs for efficient DC-DC conversion.

· Uses Constant On-Time (COT) control for fast response and low ripple.

· Optimized for EMI reduction with a proprietary gate driver scheme.

· Available in SOT563 and TSOT26 packages.
