DESCRIPTION

· The AP7380 is a positive voltage regulator IC with a wide input voltage range, high accuracy, low dropout voltage, current limit, and ultra-low quiescent current, making it ideal for USB and portable devices.

· It includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, resistor network, current limit circuit, and chip enable circuit.

· Available in fixed output voltages of 1.8V, 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V, 4.15V, 4.4V, and 5.0V.

· Offered in space-saving SOT25 and SOT89 packages.
