DESCRIPTION

· The TPS650250 is an integrated power management IC designed for systems requiring multiple power rails.

· It includes three efficient step-down converters for core voltage, peripheral I/O, and memory rails in processor-based systems.

· The device features two general-purpose 200-mA LDO regulators and a 30-mA LDO for always-on rail.

· Output voltages are adjustable via external resistor dividers and can be enabled with an input pin.
