DESCRIPTION

· The TPT1042 is a CAN transceiver compliant with ISO11898 high-speed CAN physical layer standard.

· Designed for CAN FD networks up to 5 Mbps, enhancing timing margin and data rates in long, highly loaded networks.

· Features include crosswire, overvoltage, and loss of ground protection from −70 V to +70 V, over-temperature shutdown, and a common-mode input voltage range of −30 V to +30 V.

· TPT1042V includes a secondary power supply input for I/O level shifting.

· Available in SOP8 and DFN3X3-8L packages, operating from −40°C to +125°C.

FEATURES

· Complies with ISO 11898-2:2016 and SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 standards.
