DESCRIPTION

· The SN74ALVCH16501 is an 18-bit universal bus transceiver designed for 1.65-V to 3.6-V VCC operation.

· It combines D-type latches and D-type flip-flops for operation in transparent, latched, or clocked modes.

· Data flow in each direction is controlled by output-enable (OEAB and OEBA), latch-enable (LEAB and LEBA), and clock (CLKAB and CLKBA) inputs.

FEATURES

· Operates from 1.65 V to 3.6 V with a maximum tpd of 3.9 ns at 3.3 V.

· Provides ±24-mA output drive at 3.3 V and includes bus hold on data inputs to eliminate the need for external pullup/pulldown resistors.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17, with ESD protection exceeding JESD 22 standards.
