DESCRIPTION

· The 74AUP1Z04 is a low-power crystal driver featuring an enable function and an internal resistor. It supports a wide supply voltage range from 0.8 V to 3.6 V and includes Schmitt trigger action on the EN input for tolerance to slower input rise and fall times. When disabled, the device enters a low power mode with specific pin states.
