DESCRIPTION

· The 74AUP1Z125 is a low-power crystal driver featuring an enable function, internal resistor, and 3-state output.
· When the EN input is driven HIGH, the device enters a low-power disable mode, with X1 pulled HIGH via R PU, X2 set LOW, and Y in a high-impedance OFF-state.
· Schmitt trigger action on the EN input ensures tolerance to slower input rise and fall times across the V CC range of 0.8 V to 3.6 V.
