DESCRIPTION
· The 74AUP2G3404 is a single buffer and inverter with Schmitt trigger inputs, operating across a VCC range of 0.8 V to 3.6 V.
· It features low static and dynamic power consumption and is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF.
· The IOFF circuitry prevents damaging backflow current when the device is powered down.
