Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC1G74 is a single positive edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with individual data (D), clock (CP), set (SD), and reset (RD) inputs, and complementary Q and Q outputs.

· It supports data storage at the D-input upon a LOW-to-HIGH clock transition, provided set-up and hold time requirements are met.

· Compatible with 3.3 V and 5 V devices, facilitating use in mixed voltage environments.

· Features Schmitt-trigger action for tolerance to slower input rise and fall times.

· Fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF to prevent backflow current.



FEATURES

· Wide supply voltage range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V.

· Overvoltage tolerant inputs up to 5.5 V.

· High noise immunity and CMOS low power consumption.

· Direct interface with TTL levels and ±24 mA output drive at VCC = 3.0 V.

· IOFF circuitry enables partial power-down mode operation.

· Latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA.

· Complies with JEDEC standards: JESD8-7, JESD8-5, JESD8-B/JESD36.

· ESD protection: HBM class 2 exceeds 2000 V, CDM class C3 exceeds 1000 V.

· Available in multiple package options and specified from -40 °C to +125 °C.
