DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVC1G74-Q100 is a single positive edge-triggered D-type flip-flop with individual data (D), clock (CP), set (SD), and reset (RD) inputs, and complementary Q and Q outputs.

· It supports data storage on LOW-to-HIGH clock transitions with set-up and hold time requirements.

· Inputs are compatible with both 3.3 V and 5 V devices, enabling use in mixed voltage environments.

· Features Schmitt-trigger action for tolerance to slower input rise and fall times.

· Fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF to prevent backflow current.

· Qualified to AEC-Q100 (Grade 1) for automotive applications.

· Automotive qualification per AEC-Q100 (Grade 1).

· Operating temperature range: -40 °C to +125 °C.

· Wide supply voltage range: 1.65 V to 5.5 V.

· Overvoltage-tolerant inputs up to 5.5 V.
