DESCRIPTION

· The 74LVTH16501 is an 18-bit universal bus transceiver designed for low voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, capable of interfacing with a 5V environment.

· It combines D-type latches and flip-flops to facilitate data flow in transparent, latched, and clocked modes, controlled by OEAB, OEBA, LEAB, LEBA, CLKAB, and CLKBA inputs.

· The device includes bushold on data inputs, eliminating the need for external pull-up resistors for unused inputs.

FEATURES

· Interfaces with 5V systems, supports live insertion/extraction, and ensures glitch-free bus loading during power transitions.

· Outputs can source/sink -32 mA/+64 mA, compatible with the 74 series 16501, and fabricated with advanced BiCMOS technology for high-speed operation and low power dissipation.

· Robust ESD protection: Human-Body Model > 2000V, Machine Model > 200V, Charged-Device Model > 1000V.
