The NL27WZ16 is a high-performance dual buffer designed to operate with a supply voltage ranging from 1.65 V to 5.5 V. It is characterized by its fast propagation delay of 2.4 ns at a supply voltage of 5 V (typical) and its ability to tolerate overvoltage on inputs/outputs up to 5.5 V. The device also supports partial power down protection through its IOFF feature and can sink up to 32 mA at 4.5 V.
