DESCRIPTION

· The NL27WZ07 is a high-performance dual buffer with open drain outputs, operating within a supply voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V.

FEATURES

· Operates from 1.65 V to 5.5 V VCC.

· Propagation delay (tPD) of 2.1 ns at VCC = 5 V (Typical).

· Inputs and outputs are overvoltage tolerant up to 5.5 V.

· IOFF feature supports partial power-down protection.

· Capable of sinking 24 mA at 3.0 V.

· Available in SC-88, SC-74, and UDFN6 packages.

· Chip complexity is less than 100 FETs.

· -Q suffix for automotive and other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements; AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable.
