DESCRIPTION

· The ADC08351 is an 8-bit, 42MSPS, low-power A/D converter with a single +3V operation.

· It features an internal sample-and-hold function and uses a unique architecture to achieve 7.2 effective bits at 4.4MHz input and 42MHz clock frequency.

· The device requires minimal external components, includes input biasing for AC input signal coupling, and is designed to operate over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
