DESCRIPTION

· The ADG441, ADG442, and ADG444 are monolithic CMOS devices with four independently selectable SPST switches.

· Designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process for low power dissipation, high switching speed, and low on resistance.

· Suitable for audio and video signal switching due to flat on resistance profile and high switching speed.

· CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation, ideal for portable and battery-powered instruments.

· ADG441 and ADG444 switches turn on with logic low, while ADG442 switches turn on with logic high.

· ADG444 requires a 5 V logic power supply; ADG441 and ADG442 generate logic power supply internally.
