DESCRIPTION

· The ADG819 is a monolithic CMOS SPDT switch designed for low power dissipation and high switching speed.

· It operates on a single supply voltage ranging from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, making it suitable for battery-powered, portable instruments.

· The switch exhibits break-before-make switching action to prevent momentary shorting during channel switching.
