DESCRIPTION

· The AH3522/AH3524 is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-effect Omnipolar switch IC designed for proximity, position, and level sensing in various applications.

· It operates over a supply range of 3.0V to 28V, featuring a chopper-stabilized architecture and an internal bandgap regulator for temperature compensation.

· The device includes a reverse blocking diode and Zener clamps on the supply and output for robustness and protection.

· The single open-drain output is activated by either the South or North pole of sufficient magnetic strength.

FEATURES

· Omnipolar operation with high sensitivity (B OP and B RP of ±20G to ±40G and ±10G to ±25G).

· Single open-drain output with over-current limit and Zener clamp.

· Operates from 3.0V to 28V with superior temperature stability and minimal switch point drift.

· Resistant to physical stress with good RF noise immunity.

· High ESD HBM: 8kV, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
