DESCRIPTION

· The AH352XQ is a high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-effect omnipolar switch IC, AEC-Q100 qualified, designed for automotive position and proximity sensing applications.

· Optimized for a supply range of 3.0V to 28V, it features chopper-stabilized architecture and internal bandgap regulator for temperature stability.

· Includes reverse blocking diode, Zener clamp, and overcurrent limit for robust protection.

· Operates with magnetic flux density (B) perpendicular to the package, switching on when B exceeds the operate point (BOP) and off when it falls below the release point (BRP).

FEATURES

· Omnipolar operation with high sensitivity (BOP: ±20G to ±40G, BRP: ±10G to ±25G).

· Single open-drain output with overcurrent limit and Zener clamp.

· Operates from 3.0V to 28V with 40V load dump protection.
