DESCRIPTION

· The DIODES AH37 12Q is an AEC-Q100 qualified, high-voltage, high-sensitivity Hall-effect latch IC designed for automotive applications including brushless DC-motor commutation, speed measurement, angular/linear encoders, and position sensors. It operates over a 3.0V to 27V supply range and features a chopper-stabilized architecture with an internal bandgap regulator for temperature compensation. The device includes a reverse blocking diode, Zener clamp on the supply, and an output with overcurrent limit and Zener clamp. The single open-drain output is activated by a South pole and deactivated by a North pole, with specific magnetic pole orientation requirements for different package types.
