DESCRIPTION

· The AWRL6432 is a single-chip automotive radar sensor operating in the 57-64 GHz frequency range with a 7 GHz continuous bandwidth. It integrates an FMCW transceiver, processing elements, and multiple interfaces, designed for functional safety applications up to ASIL-B.

FEATURES

· Integrated FMCW transceiver with PLL, transmitter, receiver, baseband, and ADC.
· 3 receive channels and 2 transmit channels with 11dBm output power per Tx.
· Arm® M4F® core with single precision FPU and TI Radar Hardware Accelerator.
· Supports multiple low-power modes including idle and deep sleep.
· Built-in calibration, self-test, and firmware for enhanced reliability.
· Interfaces include UART, CAN-FD, SPI, LIN, QSPI, I2C, JTAG, GPIOs, and PWM.
· 1MB on-chip RAM and configurable L3 shared memory for radar data.
· FCCSP package with 12x12 BGA grid, AEC Q-100 qualified.
· Operates in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
