DESCRIPTION
· The CAT93C46 is a 1 Kb Serial EEPROM memory device configurable as 64 registers of 16 bits or 128 registers of 8 bits.
· It supports serial writing and reading via DI and DO pins.
· Features include a self-timed internal write with auto-clear and an on-chip Power-On Reset circuit.

· Wide supply voltage range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V.
· Selectable x8 or x16 memory organization.
