Overview

DESCRIPTION

· The CDCLVP1208 is a high-performance 2:8 differential clock buffer designed for generating eight LVPECL outputs from selectable inputs.

· It supports LVPECL, LVDS, and LVCMOS/LVTTL inputs, with a maximum clock frequency of 2GHz.

· The device features an on-chip multiplexer for input selection and is optimized for low additive jitter and minimal output skew.



FEATURES

· Eight LVPECL outputs with a maximum clock frequency of 2GHz.

· Low additive jitter: <100fs, RMS in the 10kHz to 20MHz range.

· Maximum output skew of 20ps and propagation delay of 450ps.

· Operates with a power supply range of 2.375V to 3.6V.

· Industrial temperature range: -40°C to +85°C.

· Available in a 5mm x 5mm QFN-28 package.
