DESCRIPTION

· The DRDC3105 is an integrated solid-state DC relay driver designed to switch inductive loads.

· It acts as a buffer between sensitive logic circuits and 3V to 6V DC inductive relay coils.

· The device ensures transient isolation between output and input channels.

· It includes a Zener diode to clamp at 6.6V, reducing EMI noise.

· Available in SOT23 and SOT26 packages, it replaces multiple discrete components.

FEATURES

· Drives 3 to 6V DC coils, optimized for 3 to 5V supply.

· Can drive coils up to 2.5W from a 5V rail.
