• General Description:
  The HMC441 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC medium power amplifier designed for operation between 6 and 18 GHz. It provides 15.5 dB of gain and +22 dBm of saturated power with a power added efficiency (PAE) of 23% from a +5V supply voltage. The amplifier includes an optional gate bias to adjust gain, RF output power, and DC power dissipation. Its small size and simplified assembly process make it ideal for integration into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs). The backside of the die is both RF and DC ground, reducing performance variation.
