DESCRIPTION

· The HMC511LP5 & HMC511LP5E are GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC VCOs with integrated resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes.

· They feature a half frequency output and excellent phase noise performance over temperature, shock, and process.

· The VCOs operate from 9.05 to 10.15 GHz with a half frequency output of 4.525 to 5.075 GHz.

· Packaged in a 5x5 mm QFN surface mount package, they require no external matching components.
