  11. PCB Layout Guidelines• Use 4-layer board with internal ground plane; connect exposed pad to GND with array of 13-mil vias.• Place 2.2 µF tantalum + 0.1 µF ceramic bypass on VS+ and VS– within 5 mm of package.• Keep feedback and gain resistor pads < 2 mm from inverting input to minimise parasitic capacitance.• Do not route ground plane beneath input pins to avoid common-mode peaking.
