ISL89163FBEAZ – High-Speed Dual 6A MOSFET Driver with Enable Inputs
General Description
The ISL89163FBEAZ is a high-speed, dual-channel MOSFET driver capable of delivering 6A peak output current per channel. It is designed for driving power MOSFETs in high-frequency switching applications. The device features enable inputs (ENA, ENB) for each channel and supports non-inverting logic operation. It is ideal for use in synchronous rectifiers, DC/DC converters, motor drives, and Class D amplifiers.

Functional Highlights
