DESCRIPTION

· The IWRL6432 is a single-chip 57- to 64GHz industrial radar sensor with integrated FMCW transceiver, processing elements, and multiple low-power modes.

FEATURES

· Integrated PLL, transmitter, receiver, baseband, and ADC with 57GHz - 64GHz coverage and 7GHz continuous bandwidth.

· 3 receive channels and 2 transmit channels with a range typically up to 25m.

· Arm® M4F® core with single precision FPU (160MHz) and TI Radar Hardware Accelerator (HWA 1.2) for FFT, log magnitude, and CFAR operations (80MHz).

· Supports multiple low-power modes including idle mode and deep sleep mode.

· Built-in calibration and self-test with on-chip calibration system and firmware (ROM).

· Host interface options include UART, CAN-FD, SPI, QSPI, I2C, JTAG, GPIOs, and PWM Interface.

· Internal memory includes 1MB of On-Chip RAM and configurable L3 shared memory for Radar Cube.

· Functional safety-compliant targeting hardware integrity up to SIL-2.

· FCCSP package with 12 x 12 BGA grid, 102 BGA balls; Package size: 6.45mm x 6.45mm.

· Clock source options include 40.0MHz crystal, externally driven clock, and 32kHz internal oscillator.

· Supports temperature operating range from -40°C to 105°C.
