DESCRIPTION

· The LM94021 is a precision analog-output CMOS integrated-circuit temperature sensor.

· It operates at a supply voltage as low as 1.5V and measures temperatures from -50°C to +150°C.

· The output voltage is inversely proportional to the measured temperature.

· It is ideal for battery-powered systems and general temperature sensing applications.
