DESCRIPTION

· The LMK62XX is a high-performance, low jitter oscillator designed to generate reference clocks. · It supports frequencies up to 400 MHz with output formats including LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL. · The device features internal power conditioning for superior power supply ripple rejection, simplifying the power delivery network. · It operates on a single 3.3-V ±5% supply and is pre-programmed at the factory for specific frequencies.



FEATURES

· Low noise with a typical jitter of 150 fs RMS for frequencies above 100 MHz. · Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR) of -60 dBc, ensuring robust immunity to supply noise. · Supports LVPECL, LVDS, and HCSL output formats up to 400 MHz. · Total frequency tolerance of ±50 ppm for LMK62X2 and ±25 ppm for LMK62X0. · Operates within an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. · Compact 5-mm × 3.2-mm 6-pin package, compatible with the industry-standard 5032 XO package.
