DESCRIPTION

· The LP873327-Q1 is a dual high-current buck converter and dual linear regulator designed for automotive applications.

· It features one-time programmable (OTP) memory for default register settings.

· The device supports I2C communication with a default address of 0x60.

FEATURES

· Dual buck converters with configurable phase operation (1+1 or 2-phase).

· Switching frequency of 2MHz with spread spectrum enabled.

· Adjustable output voltage for BUCK0 (default 1.800V).

· Peak current limit of 4A and maximum load current limit of 3A.

· Configurable slew rate (default 3.8mV/µs) and startup/shutdown delays.
