DESCRIPTION

· The MAX2622/MAX2623/MAX2624 are monolithic voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs) with integrated oscillator and output buffer in an 8-pin µMAX package.

· On-chip inductor and varactor elements simplify application.

· Factory preset center frequency and frequency span ensure guaranteed performance.

· External tuning voltage controls oscillation frequency.

· On-chip 50 Ω matched output buffer.

· Operates from +2.7V to +5.5V with 8mA supply current; shutdown mode reduces current to 0.1µA.
