DESCRIPTION

· The NFAM3065L4BL is a fully-integrated inverter power module designed for driving PMSM, BLDC, and AC asynchronous motors.

· It includes an independent High side gate driver, LVIC, six IGBTs, and a temperature sensor (VTS).

· The IGBTs are configured in a three-phase bridge with separate emitter connections for lower legs.

· The module features under voltage lockout protection (UVP) and internal boost diodes for high side gate drive.

FEATURES

· Three-phase 650 V, 30 A IGBT module with independent drivers.

· Active logic interface and built-in undervoltage protection (UVP).
