· The NVG800A75L4DSB2 is a power module with dual side cooling, designed for Hybrid (HEV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) traction inverter applications.

· It features two narrow mesa Field Stop (FS4) IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration, utilizing new narrow mesa IGBT technology for high current density and robust short-circuit protection.

· Supports liquid cooling heatsink reference design, loss models, and CAD models for inverter designs.
